When you first start training with Emmanuel you will get a 60 minute consultation and assessment. In this session I will get to know you, find out what has and has not worked in the past, what you want to achieve and discuss what approach is going to be right for you. From here I can map out a personalised training plan, homework plan and nutritional plan that will help you towards your goals.
Done-for-you Nutrition Plans
Knowing what to eat does not have to be hard. Save time, money and effort with my unique done for you meal plans. You will be given a weekly meal plan complete with recipes that are specifically designed to work in harmony with your body each week of your training programme.
This makes it super easy to know exactly what to eat and when. Just follow the simple step-by-step plans and you will get results fast!
